Kapoor P Dr Neurolgy & Sleep Medicine

From the time we met him at the TIA clinic he has been amazing. He was able to get an MRI done quick and set up 2 Neuro specialists in London that we has already seen.He gas been easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. This is all in 2 months time.

WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER! We saw Dr. Kapoor mid January, he decided to book a sleep study for my daughter. It's been over a month and we still DO NOT have an appointment. I've called the office three times now and they assured me the request would be faxed to the sleep clinic. I have tried calling all week and no one ever answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional doctor's office. His staff clearly have no idea what they are doing!!! I would rather drive to Toronto, but there is a year waiting list, so much to my dismay, I'm stuck with this doctor.

Very hard to get ahold of anyone at the office. My CPAP machine isn't strong enough but he didn't tell me I needed to take extra steps to get a bipap machine. So right now I am in limbo as I can't get ahold of him to find out how to get a bipap machine since the store where I got the loaner CPAP said they don't have any bipap machines in my city. Everytime I call dr Kapoor's office there is no answer and if the answering machine picks up it says they don't take messages. I have to now sleep in a chair til this is resolved.. not happy. Plus when I did see him he wouldn't answer any of my questions saying I wouldn't understand as it is all technical anyways.
