Filled out my paperwork incorrectly four separate times even after I had corrected them. They refused to take accountability for their mistakes until I essentially forced them. Then I got a passive aggressive phone call early in the morning saying that I had done something wrong with getting my plates which they would have seen that THEY were incorrect if they had simply looked at their files. The sales team was fine, but everyone else was not and I will not be going here again.

I hate giving one star but in this unfortunate case, I must. I read other reviews and if you're thinking about buying a used car from this place, avoid it if you can. I came to see a 2018 BMW 340i they had in inventory at 42,689$. Everything went well, from test driving the car to dealing with Gabriel, a great salesman. I put down 250$ to reserve the car. He was extremely helpful with information and solving some issues along the line. We agreed on prices and terms. After a few days, I noticed that they’ve raised the price of the car online (to 45,949$) and when I tried reaching back, they gave me plenty of excuses of why they had to cancel the transaction, such as suspicion of fraud of the buyer of my old car, though he could’ve financed through another bank which was safe for them (They just didn't want to sell the car at 42k but wouldn't tell me that ofc). They have wasted a lot of hours of mine, driving from Montreal (5hrs total) and gas too. Time was wasted talking to the salesman over the phone to provide him with documents. Gabriel is a cool dude, but his boss is questionable. I felt at the end that Gabriel was hesitant giving me the bad news, which is completely understandable. Overall, this dealership isn’t too sure about their prices and will waste a lot of your time. Salesmen are great, and bosses are money hungry. DON’T DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. If you wish to still deal with them, ask for Gabriel.
