Went to do an exchange with a valid reciept and the girl working at the counter was super rude. Poor attitude and zero customer service skills.

My gf bought a denim jacket for $25 which was an amazing deal at 50% off and the girl working at the front desk was very helpful.

Being an employee i thought they will be more considerate but they were not even listening. They don't even have their own sister company's phone number. They didn't even tried calling my store to confirm that i am an employee ( which is a store policy to call and ask the manager) and they started making excuse that they can't help me out becoz i don't have my payroll. I tried showing proof of pay from my phone but they didn't even tried looking at it. Its there job to confirm. Disappointed.

Been shopping this brand for many years. Has xxs for me and very cheep prices while looking couture. Have had many compliments by ppl everywhere on the dresses and they're shocked the clothes are so affordable.

For the second time, since my original review was deleted, service at this store is horrid. Especially for people with disabilities. I was yelled at across the store by the manager, she could have walked over to me to discuss the issue, i was trying clothes on over my clothes due to changerooms being closed. When I asked her afterward not to do that as I have severe social anxiety she responded with I don't care about your issues". Not cool. She then tried to refuse service saying I was being rude. If you can't handle feedback from a customer or respect customers with disabilities get out of customer service."

I've been frequenting this location for quite some time now and I am in agreement with other customers reviews that this location has some pretty terrible customer service. I reached out to Sirens Head Office via E-mail and within 20 minutes was called by this locations Regional Manager to further discuss a distasteful incident at the store. I was offered prompt resolution and promised store level coaching to help turn things around in the future. I was very impressed that my concerns were taken seriously and will continue to shop here as I LOVE Sirens clothes!!
