I would highly recommend staying as far away from this firm! Brian Prenoslo unethically used private confidential information from a family matter he obtained from a clients file for another another clients file. I currently have a complaint at the law society against him.After being informed he had a complaint about his unethical behaviour instead of recusing himself, and not getting what he wanted. Brian chose to double down by attempting his hand in bribery.This firm has no moral compass.
