Worst experience of my life. Lazy staff that don’t understand what you are asking for. I called a million times to place an order because I was having trouble ordering online no answer. Finally, someone picked up the phone and just left it off the hook no hello nothing. I hung up the phone after 10 minutes of nothing g drove to the store. Staff denied it, were rude and then they mixed up my order and didn’t want to fix it. Don’t bother going here u will get the worst customer service experience.

I was in Mezza Larry Uteck tonight and saw these 2 customers yelling and swearing at the poor girl at the counter, it was so sad! She handled it very professionally and issued them a refund and they were still calling her names and yelling, no one should have to put up with that kind of treatment at their job! ... The food was good as always and the staff were pleasant even after the horrible couple ahead of me

I watched a staff member handle cash, then serve food without washing his hands, only then to go into the back, where I watched him wipe his nose on his hands before continuing to handle food (without any gloves and still without hands washed). Specifically, arranging the French fries with his bare hands!I also had to correct the cashier as they attempted to charge me for the non-lunch option, even though I had asked for the lunch specific special. I watched the same process happened to persons behind me in the line to order.Finally, when, receiving my order I was asked if I would like pita bread to which I replied, yes, but didn’t receive pita bread.I found the staff did not care about the customers, did not care about safe food, handling practices, nor accuracy. The whole process felt rushed.

I have been a customer of Mezza for a number of years. The food is usually excellent. My issue is the ratio of chicken in the dishes. A few year ago, I remember a very generous portion of chicken with the meals. Now there is meticulous weighing of how much chicken is included and the chicken skewers are very small. My Chicken Shawarma wrap seemed more like a lettuce and veggie wrap. Yes, consistency is important so I don’t have an issue with weighing portions. I just think for the price, they could be a little more generous with the chicken. Service is great and food tastes great but I question the value for the price.

I used to love going to Mezza knowing I was getting basically 2 meals when ordering a Shawarma plate. Nowadays it’s equivalent to a happy meal which you can get next door. The scoop of chicken is hurtful to watch as you have just paid $20. No longer a favourite spot that’s for sure.

Very weird experience. Zero percent customer service. Felt like being ridiculed upon arrival itself. We canceled the order and it seemed that they were happy the order was cancelled. Nor were they directing properly. Almost no eye contact as if they are tired of the job. Management should look at customer service or change the staff, and ask them to smile. Went just around 8:35pm today. Something is wrong with the staff.

Any chance I worked in Nova Scotia I would go to Mezza. Love the food, the atmosphere and service. I am so excited they've just opened one in Fredericton ❤️❤️

The food was very good. Had the donair plate. Very fresh & tasty. Lunch worked out to $25, which I found a little pricey

I'll preface and say the food is always great.that being said, absolutely pitiful service. with 2 customers ahead of me, it took 25 minutes for a large donair. two customers who came in after me ordered and were sitting and eating before I got my order.the staff has no concept of speed of service, greeting customer and working together to expedite orders.
