Kaizen Health Group - Meadowvale

Reception staff are messy and can’t schedule appointments without messing up. I scheduled a massage appointment for my husband and I 5 days in advance. My husband got calls asking him to confirm for a different day that I had scheduled us for. Then we got text requests to confirm the appointment (for the correct date that I had requested). But sadly a day before our anticipated massage, we were told that one of the therapist had to leave early and so only one of us could have the massage. I wish I could have rated the therapist with more stars for easing my pain but unfortunately the receptionists didn’t allow us to get that far. I’m now in search of a more professional clinic that values it’s customers and their time

Had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was really nice and the massage therapist listen to my concerns and also offered advice on how I can relax those muscles at home. Good promotions and good service. Highly recommend!

It was my first Thai Massage in Canada after my last one in the Philippines and it was the best Ihad and look forward for the same treatment at Kaizen and the same Therapist Ted.

If you want someone who is very Knowledgeable and takes their job seriously then you must visit Sydney. Her Pride and Passion shows in the way you feel after your massage treatment. I have been getting RMT massages for over 20 years and have never experienced one like Sydney’s , she is born to do this . I feel like I get the most relief after every one of her treatments. She truly cares about her clients and she wants to make sure they get the relief and results they need . Please if you haven’t gone to Sydney yet,I promise that you won’t regret it!!JV

Lauren was absolutely amazing. I have been having back and neck issues and the massage really helped feel much relaxed. Lauren was so good i cant recommend her highly enough.

I’ve been to Kaizen many times and always enjoy my experience. Today I had a 30 min massage with KRISTINA & let me tell you, OUT OF THIS WORLD! she literally out her heart & soul in the session! She is not registered yet so not covered by insurance, but let me tell you, WORTH paying out of pocket for!!!!!! Thank you Kristine!

I received a massage from Devon Ho in Mississauga after having issues with my sciatic nerve, hip and back. It was amazing physically, and he also took the time to show me some things I can do at home to help the issues. Really friendly, really helpful and took the time to help me. Other staff at the front desk were also very nice and helpful.

My massage by Devon Ho was exceptional! He applied great pressure and was able to walk me through and explain every question I had about the experience. He also maintained a great conversation throughout my massage. Devon will be missed as he is leaving Kaizen to continue his studies.

Got a deep tissue massage at Kaizen health group in Meadowvale. Had a wonderful experience - The RMT was really good. Very professional, easy going and approachable. Would definitely consider visiting this location for future sessions.
