I have been dealing with Westside Self Storage & Budget for quite a while and every time I go in I am greeted by one of the staff members by the name of Ryan. He is always so happy & helpful, & willing to go above and beyond for his customers. He is a great asset to the business and Westside Self Storage is very lucky to have such a hard-working individual.The facility & office are always kept very neat & tidy, & the building itself seems very safe & secure. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit or car rental. Thanks for the great service!

This is hands down the best storage place. I have used other places but they are nothing compared to this place. Love the security they have, feel safe having my belongings there. They are decently priced for the size you get. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Ryan and Blake at Westside Self Storage have been amazing. I have had my storage unit for 6 years and they have gone above and beyond my expectations with the customer service abilities.

We called and reserved a 10x15 outside unit 3 weeks ago to reserve it for June 19th. We drive over 4 hours from Vancouver to be told our reservation doesn’t exist?! The guy at the counter says the reservation lady is “constantly screwing up” and that he can’t do anything about it. We would have to pay more for a different unit! We called reservations only to be met with rudeness and attitude and that they would not fix their mistake! What a HUGE lack of customer service!! They refuse to do anything or try to rectify the situation. This place is a joke!! RENTERS BEWARE AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! I will be filing a BBB complaint!

I've had my current storage unit for 5+ years with no negative incident. I get a little nervous sometimes with no human security seen when I am on the third level accessing my storage unit. It's a big place with no windows to be alone IF something were to happen. There is a bathroom in one of the buildings if needed. You need a fob card for gate access and key for your locked unit. Payment is easy online direct billing. Staff had always been friendly and useful.

This is a well run organization. The lockers are clean and good sized. The elevator runs well and is a frieght elevator so can handle a.load. They also have carts available to move stuff in and out with. Is a well locked down facility and would trust the items put inside are pretty safe from theft. Would recommend for anyone needing a safe storage locker for safe keeping items.
