Great place to get piercings done. I speak a bit of French and I was worried it would be an issue but wasn't at all. The lady that gave me the piercing spoke really good English! I don't live in Quebec so I wouldn't be able to go back to get the earing replaced so she went and found a few piecing places near were I live that I could go to which was very much appreciated. It was a kind of expensive but the service was really good so you definitely get what you pay for.

Amazing employees! I went there many times and the staff is always patient, friendly and careful.I had Maï Fortier (she/her) on my first time, then Lovell (he/they) and they both were very understanding. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff was especially kind and very polite. The lady at the desk explained everything very clearly. Top notch jewelry choices and options for everyone. The piercer was also very professional. Best experience i’ve had at any tattoo/piercing shop. Definitely will go again!

Friend and I both got tattoo's here and they BOTH turned out horrible. We both have many other tattoo's and we have never seen such bad quality or customer service.If you do get a tattoo here and complain about it they will find some reason to put the blame on you and do not feel the need to fix the issue. Sadly if only one of the tattoos had a problem it would be hard to blame the tattoo shop but BOTH of the tattoo's had the same area and both of the tattoo's were on different parts of the body.I would never go back...and hope that this review aids in your research on whether you want or not want these people to place permanent ink on your body.

I got my first piercing done here. The workers are very nice and professional. They walk you through the whole process. I got my nostril pierced and it didn’t hurt at all.I would definitely recommend this place. If you’re feeling nervous at all, they’ll help you with your concerns & answer all your questions.
