Woodbine Nissan

Went to return some fluids mistakenly bought from another Nissan dealership as well as buy coolant for my Infinity. The senior gentleman with glasses at the parts department was super chill and patient with me. Helped me check what fluids I actually needed and even offered complimentary coolant to cover my gas. Best experience with a dealership, hands down! Would 100% come back to shop for cars or fix any issues.

It was my first time leasing a car, and I’m so happy I went to Nissan Woodbine! My mom previously bought her truck there, and from the fantastic customer service she received over the years, I trust I’m in a great car.Reina was there to work together with me from the moment I walked in! She listened to my priorities and was able to offer a variety of options that fit my goals. She was friendly and a huge help, especially since it was my first time. From the deposit to the first test drive and even after my first few days after having the car, Reina is there for all my questions and needs.Anthony was fantastic at going over all my car details! He listened, and after every detail he went over, I couldn’t wait to take it home! - a huge help that day! Victoria was there to help me as well, even on her sick days, she was texting me and answering my call, ensuring I had a great experience!Thank you to everyone that helped me that day! Always great service. Booked oil change. However, also suggested wheel alignment and antifreeze by service associate which I agreed to. Perhaps letting me know how long I would be waiting would be good. The associate's in dealership were all engaging and friendly. Patricia always friendly and professional on the phone. The service associate who checked me in was very good, except for letting me know wait time. Surprised coffee bar there, however I had to search it out. Letting customers know would be helpful. When car was ready, paid etc...I was walked to back door to let me know where car was. However, I could not find it, as he did not direct me. But a lovely young black man helped me. He was so professional and helpful. It was parked around by the trees...not my usual area. So..all 19's with a few suggestions.

Woodbine Nissan is paramount about customer service and I truly appreciate that. Whatever my car needs are, I drive from Mississauga to Etobicoke to get it done at Woodbine Nissan. There’s just something about feeling welcomed and appreciated that makes me ALWAYS wanting to take my business there. I have been faithfully using their service for about 8 years now, and unless they give me a reason to go elsewhere, I will keep on using their services. Always my number one recommendation to friends and family.

My experience with Woodbine Nissan was awesome. Everyone over there is friendly and caring. I got my first car from them. Ryan was very supportive and really had patience to answer all my questions every time I met him or gave him a call. He was never pushy. He was frank and provided options which suited my requirements. Even Hailey from finance was so nice. She took all the efforts to explain everything about the monthly payments, interest rates and car insurance in detail. Also, not to forget Anthony who was gracious enough to drop me home when it got late on a snowy evening. Last but not the least Victoria, who is a delivery associate was so nice to keep it secret about the car delivery coz we wanted to surprise our friend who had no idea that we had already done the deal.Thank you all so much for making my first car purchasing experience so smooth and memorable. I come here regularly to service my Nissan and have nothing but good things to say about it. Mike, the representative who helped service my Nissan last time ensured i was able to get my car back in a timely manner even though the dealership was closing! Kudos to these guys!

We dealt with Woodbine Nissan. From the start we were tread proffessionaly and with respect. Later we had a situation where we needed their customer service. Went in for oil change and they found that my brakes were almost done and rubbing the rotors. Long story short, they gave me a deal on the whole package. So thanks a lot because safety first and the price was cool.

I had an amazing experience.Eric was very considerate and informative.I learned something new about cars.He took his time to explain some maintenance concerns with me.He showed me around back to the amazing coffee machine where I had to wait.There was also 3 different t.vs I was able to choose from to watch someone entertaining.It didn't feel like I was waiting at all. I was very comfortable.I also appreciated the complimentary car wash.I love visiting this location, an will surely do so again!
