Kelly arranged to have her wonderful team help prepare our home for sale, arranged the excellent photography, the advertising and follow-up throughout the process. Rather than an open house and ongoing showings, she had theconfidence to have private showings over a weekend and our house sold right away and the SOLD sign went up!!Kelly didn’t stop there, she kept in touch to be sure we had all the support we needed including introducing us to a Moving Coordinator in case we required extra assistance for the move and had a suggestion for a cleaning lady who cleaned the house from top to bottom for the new people.We would certainly recommend Kelly to anyone…She’s theBest!!!!!Wayne and Carol

Aidan and the rest of the Sweetly team were amazing! Because we were dealing with an estate sale, we chose the Swift Sale. There were a few bumps along the way but nothing that the Sweetly team couldn’t handle. I would highly recommend Aidan and Sweetly - they were professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate to the situation.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Sweetly. Prior to signing with them, both Aidan Woodfine and Nazar Klymchuk provided me with promising information that convinced me to choose their services over any other options. However, upon closer examination of the fine print, I discovered that they had actually written the opposite of what they had previously stated. Furthermore, they are now completely denying ever saying or writing anything contradictory, and are even attempting to manipulate me by gaslighting my recollection of the conversation.I cannot express enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with this turn of events. It is crucial for everyone to be aware that Sweetly's representatives cannot be trusted, and I strongly advise thoroughly scrutinizing all paperwork before entering into any agreements with them. Their untrustworthiness and manipulative tactics are truly disheartening. I unequivocally do not recommend Sweetly and, if possible, I would rate them lower than zero stars.

I am so extremely grateful for using sweetly for the sale of my home. Aidan was the agent I worked with and he was so professional and helpful. The customer service he provided was simply outstanding. Trust me when I say that he is the kind of agent you can ask any questions you may have and can reach out at any time. I thought Selling a home in this economy would be a challenge but Aidan made the whole process very simple and smooth and was able to sell the place in a very short period of time. He negotiated a very fair price as well. I am based out of province and trusted him to manage the whole deal remotely. I would highly recommend him and his team.
