Our roof was just only few years old but came some unexpected reason, still leaking when raining. I can't not reach our original contractor anymore. Bros. Roofing is highly recommended by my neighbors. Kevin showed up and assessed the problem right away. Outstanding work with outstanding efficiency. They found out the leaking spot and also took the photos from my rooftop to show me what was wrong. Kevin offered me a right price and they fixed it promptly. I contacted Bros . Roofing after reading reviews. Kevin got back to me quickly and came to my home and gave me an estimate on replacing the failing ridge caps on our roof . The roof shingles were still in good shape with years of life still in them . We set a date to complete the necessary work, and Kevin and crew showed up on time . The work was completed in a professional manner and our property was left cleaner than when they arrived. The new ridge caps make the entire roof look new . We had a great experience with Bros Roofing in removing our chimney which was no longer use. Called few contractors to get the quote. Absolutely, Bros Roofing win out both from the details process and competitive pricing. We was very happy with Kevin and his crew. Home inspector found the bathroom exhaust was venting into the attic. I got quotes and Kevin was prompt in coming to the house to inspect the attic. We also asked him to check our roof and a possibly loose flushing, if requires repairs. He said no - roof still looks good. Was patient in explaining things to me. We were glad he didn’t oversell and tried to suggest additional work that was not needed (as opposed to other contractors weve contacted for other jobs). He is also easy to talk to as we had to reschedule the day of the work being done due to weather. Kevin and his crew came to the house, did the work, and cleaned up all within an hour. Our dealings with him and the lady that also answers his line have been very pleasant, professional, and prompt. We were happy with Kevin and his crew that we recommended him to family. Few of my roof shingles were blew away in a big storm, a leak happened in my bedroom ceiling. I called Bros Roofing, Kevin came as soon as possible. He was really prompt, professional, inspected all my roof, gave me a good price. He did an excellent repair job for my roof. Even past few strong wind and storm, the roof wasn’t leaking anymore.
