First review posting EVER, but as a service to the motorcycling community this review needs to be noted. Took my bike to this place for some basic service fully expecting an estimate prior to service. The service clown Marty called me with a total saying the bike was ready. I then asked why I didn't get an estimate first and he threatened to undo all the work and then call me with an estimate and hung up. I then went to pick up my bike, understandably upset, and was basically told that I made the whole phone conversation up and that it didn't matter I didn't get an estimate first. I only owed the money to get my bike back. Such a joke! This was the absolute WORST service experience in my life. Don't waste your time. They don't give estimates prior to service. Negative 10 stars!!!

Marty is a legit guy. Respectful, humble, willing to help even a rookie like me. Lissa was super fun too!I will go back for service, accessories, and perhaps another Royal Enfield motorcycle. I love the shop too!

Earlier this month I visited Go Moto for the first time. I was in a real bind with a tire issue from a motorcycle I had purchased elsewhere. All their employees with whom I spoke went above and beyond the norm to accommodate me. I would highly recommend giving them a try if your motorcycle or scooter needs repair or parts, or if you're in the market for a new machine.

Bar none, best motorcycle shop in the state! Others are good, Go Moto is great. Amanda, Tyler, Marty, and all the gang at the shop are so awesome. Friendly and courteous service, great prices, and exceptional communication. Just great people! Not to mention, they are the local retailer of the most awesome bike in the world, Royal Enfield!

This place is amazing! Lissa and Marty are wonderful people and were truly a great help! I’m new into the biking world and Lissa took the time to help me try on helmets and jackets. I highly recommend stopping in here for sure! They definitely have me as a customer now!

Amanda was helpful and even came in off hours to help me with the purchase. A nice selection of small bikes and accessories. It would have been nice to get a tank of gas with purchase. With recent gas prices, I get it. Overall great experience.

Purchased my Royal Enfield Hunter 350 last week and have been riding pretty much nonstop since then. Amanda was super helpful in person and fast to respond via email as well. I highly recommend Go Moto and Royal Enfield, without hesitation. Can't wait to try the Super Meteor 650 when they become available, and definitely returning to Go Moto!
