Van Isle Windows recently installed 32 windows in our home. It was a complicated install with custom windows that needed replacement. The end result is simply fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Eric provided an accurate estimate in a timely manner. The installers are masters at their trade and, Chris the install manager was a pleasure to deal with. Their prices were comparable to the other 4 estimates I received. Nate in sales came by to give advice and I was impressed with his knowledge, honesty and integrity. The windows were installed beautifully and again, I was impressed with the professionalism of the 3 installers, who were efficient, polite and went the extra mile, especially Cameron. They did a fantastic job and I’d definitely use this company again.

Great team, doing excellent work at a fair price! Van Isle Windows replaced a number of windows for us - exactly on schedule all along and completed within the two days they allocated, including a great cleanup after the installation. Windows are superb and we can feel the difference in the home. Highly recommended.

Truly a great experience! As other reviews have said - from sales to installer everything was amazing.Dave came to measure our windows and walk us through the process and really helped find the right windows for our home and budget. Also a funny, kind and genuine guy!Our renovation budget wasn't large but the windows were absolutely worth every single penny. The noise reduction and heat retention was noticeable immediately. Our new windows look larger and let in so much more light than before!The installers arrived promptly (our arrival window was between 8am and 9am and there were knocking on our door at 8:00!). They set to work laying drop cloths and took great care to minimize their impact on our home during the install. Quick and efficient work and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards.Cannot recommend Van Isle enough!

Everyone at Van Isle has been so helpful through the process of replacing our windows. We used the Income Qualified Program and Jordan knew exactly how the program worked in making sure we were set up well to get the best price and quality. They completed the windows fast and we are so happy with how everything went.

I bought three windows from Jordan Ross in VAN ISLE WINDOWS, and a couple of from Starline and Centra Windows. By far, the worst customer service and quality was by VAN ISLE WINDOWS.One of their installed windows showed some particle damages I thought coming from dirt, but it ended up damages to the glass and they did not offer any help or solution and told me I need to reorder and pay for installation while I did not have caused any damages to the glass.
