Staff are newer and more friendly towards me. Shopping as an Indigenous person can be interesting, I kid you not if I see staff following me in any store I will turn and start watching them. But the new staff don't treat me suspect.

Knowledgeable staff and helpful. They usually have what I need or a good idea of when it will arrive. Place is clean and organized. Only downside is parking can be tricky.

Had to give our dog an emergency wash and enjoyed the selection of soaps to use. Also loved the spa like atmosphere and the sample treats. Our dog found the exact treats and knocked them off the shelf so we had to give them to her as well as a bone. Staff are super nice and our dog left very happy and smelling fresh!

Friendly Team, Always!!! Love the selection. Would love it if my favourite products stopped increasing in price, but they definitely always have them in-stock.

Great customer service, the lady at the front desk was fantastic! I got a great suggestion for a harness, and not only that she made sure it fits properly on my dobby... Thank you very much!
