I am writing to express my vast appreciation from Dr Tofigh, immigration consultant and the president of Migrating Bird Immigration Services Inc. His knowledge is incredible, and he has years of experience. First time I have referred to him by many of his happy clients who they did their application with him and his business. If you surf through his business website, you can find everything on it. He first evaluated me carefully and then we signed an agreement and my application filed at the right time. His professional fees are entirely reasonable, and I would like to finish my phrase with a big thank you to Dr Tofigh and his staff.

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with him.About 3 years ago ,I had to come back to my back home because of their lack of knowledge but he hadn’t any responsibilities about very bad mistakes that he’d done in our files.Even he couldn’t extend my 3years old kid’s visa .On that time I was very disappointed but fortunate,I find another consultant who make up all his mistakes and I got my PR cart now.I wanted to ask him please don’t play with parole life and do something that you have knowledge about that .Thanks

Dr. Tofigh is a trustable immigration lawyer who you can rely on his professional and expertise . I didn't need to do anything except providing my information to him during my PR process once I signed the contract with Migration Bird Immigration Service Inc. Thomas and his team, continued to support me regarding to my PR application until I get PR card. He was always answering my phone calls and emails as soon as he could even non-related questions were answered which is really worthy.
