David from Sir Printing was so lovely and helpful. I had a number of custom prints I was wanting to do and he was so patient and accommodating. They are personal and knowledgeable here, and have a lot of printing equipment. They could make anything happen here!

Been there a few times. Price is good, gets the job done. 2 star for bad service. No friendly greeting. No customer service. You don’t feel welcomed there. Its like they are doing you a favor and get your money for it.

I get all my colour copies done here. I'm an artist and do my work from photos.. I just email them the photos I want printed and they always do it pretty quick and for a reasonable price. I never have to wait long for it and they're always busy.. highly recommended.

I arrived there 40 minutes before closing hours with 2 pdfs and no idea about what to ask but “could you please print it for me?”. They had all the patience in the world to show me the options and to accommodate my order. I left the place with exactly what I wanted. Mission accomplished! These guys saved my day.

First time to give a bad review!Service attitude is very poor！obviously I copy is black, he said it is color, I am not color blind okay! 6 copies of black charge me$5.I am a regular customer ，but I will never go back.

I went to Staples this morning in Nanaimo to pick up my print job. They told me it would be ready at the pick up time we agreed on at 9 am on Saturday. They were closed and the person at the store said, sorry, nothing I can do, we open at 10 am. I called Sir Printing as when I used to live close by, I used them all the time. They were very responsive and willing to print out the handouts and were done printing an hour after I called. They have always been kind and dependable.

Good quality of work.Not the best pricing you could find but not too bad.It’s a family business (father and son) and they are always angry in a very funny way. :DThey start the conversation like they don’t care at all and after couple of minutes they become really nice.
