Apple Hills Medical Associates

They have been my doctors office for my whole life. Always had the nicest team working here, knowledgeable doctors who listen to you, and the best nursing team who are all kind and attentive to your needs. For anyone who complains I implore you to watch the team work while you're there, watch the receptionists do everything they can to get someone the appointment they need, pulling strings and making it work, just to have that person say no thanks to them. Watch the team do their best just to have someone be rude to them and treat them horribly. I have never had an issue at this office, and I'll never change to a new doctors office. Thank you everyone at Apple Hills for always making my health a priority.

Altho there is a “contact” option on the web site, it is basically useless during non operating hours. The overall rating of 3 or 3.5 is extremely generous, in my opinion. There is no way to contact or leave a message either via voice or email. The telephone system is designed to insure that no one is ever able to speak to anyone “live” at the clinic. The COVID “thing” is being used, seemingly, to maintain the absolute minimum level of service possible. Yes, there is a problem ongoing but in person visitations, under any conditions is virtually impossible. English is not the first language of receptionist - be prepared to ask for repeat requests both while addressing and receiving instructions or information. Aside Brenda, the front office staff of this facility is terrible.They have an attitude on the phone and when you say its personal they get snarky.Also, when you book an appointment, be sure you take the entire day off as this office does not care about your job you have to go back to.if you book for 3pm, you wont be seen for at least 30 mins past the time you booked. Ive waited over an hour.These offices love to try and charge you for cancelling under 24 hours, yet have no problem wasting your entire work day so you miss pay for their lazy neglective practice here.I moved from my doctor here as he did a lazy job and missed a cancer prognosis just to usher me out for the next customer".Please leave this place and find a real practice that isnt a bunch of half-wits."

Dr Andrew Wayne has left Apple Hills Medical we got used to him and did whatever he could for us.I called June 21/22 and was told by the receptionist that I could not make an appointment with the new Doctor because it was an emergency I was told by the receptionist that she did not work that day so I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day the reply was that she made only phone calls from home . So I asked if I could make another day the receptionist said that she was making visits only onJuly 7 and she was all booked and after that the whole month of July she was off would make phone calls only. I was told to go to a walk in clinic or to emergency at the hospital. My whole family has been going to Dr Gitterman for over 40 years for 3 generations now is this is what to expect from Apple Hills Medical. If you ask me the Doctors don’t want to take care of their patients they just want to collect and Stop saying due to the coved-19. I’m so disappointed that is this what Apple Hills Medical is going to be in the future? God please help us......

There is a serious problem with your phone system, it seems there is only 2 lines active and when someone presses option 1 from mainline it rings and rings and rings and drops the call, either there is not enough staff working and can't book or change an appointment, its so hopeless. Why not implement voicemail at least, or get a virtual operator could do the trick.

The receptionist is extremely rude and dismissive. I have a 13 month baby and was told to call to book an emergency appointment. I have never been spoken to so badly honestly was like being spoken to like a 2 year old.

Great clinic in general. And this five stars are for my family physician Dr. Wayne Lau . He is the best doctor I have ever had.

Ive been calling so many times just to confirm when is my appointment and no one is answering and no voicemail either. If its busy, let the patients or people to leave voicemail so you can call them back when you're not busy.

Used to be my family clinic since I was born, but I had to find a new doctor (from Dr. Macintosh). It's hard to reach anyone and even more challenging to get an appointment in a timely manner. Had to change my review to a lower rating as a result.

Don't even bother with this place. Ever since doctor Gitterman left it's been a total nightmare, they rarely even answer the phones, staff is usually rude and unhelpful and the assistant manager Toni is on a whole other level of rudeness. If you express your frustrations she literally YELLS at you, it's unbelievable. And if you actually do get through to the office good luck getting an appointment anytime soon, maybe 2 months if you're lucky.
