Excellent U-Haul experience. The staff was very professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing in great detail and made the whole process feel understandable and transparent. Helped us to understand the gas mileage of the vehicle so we'd k now exactly how much to fill it up before returning. Really appreciated the extra effort paid to little details like parking on site and good lighting at night when returning the vehicle.

Website said open on Sunday. Paid to Uber over here and they're closed. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Place is nasty too. Lots of uhauls around the city. Go anywhere else.

Brilliant service! He called one day before and also in the morning of the booking day. We were traveling 5 hours to get there and he called the third time to ask if we needed to change the pick up time (because after one hour past from the pick up time the booking gets cancelled). At the check in everything went smooth and fast. We had a trailer to drop off at a different location but he accepted to take it there so we didn’t need to do another 30 minutes drive to return the trailer.

The guy at front desk was very friendly and helpful both times at pick up and drop off. There were a lot clients but he attended everyone on a timely manner.

Best Uhaul experience I have ever had. The chap at the desk was efficient, friendly and came out to the yard during hooking and unhooking the trailer. He deserves a raise.

Input the wrong starting mileage and claimed I drove over 200km in 2 hours. Claimed they sent the confirmation access link, however I did not receive anything of the sort. Unwilling to accept mistake and make right.

I booked a truck more than one month in advance. I called 3 times to confirm the reservation, and each time I was assured it was confirmed.The morning of my reservation, I was informed that no truck was available and that I would need to travel 1 hour to get one.Highly unreliable, couldn’t believe the incompetence of this franchise.Do not take the risk here.
