Quick,easy,content with service

I ordered photo mugs. 3 out of 12 were terrible. Can't even use them. Photo lab won't redo. Told me someone would call with a customer service phone number. Never got a call. Only one I can find online is a daytime phone number. Not extremely helpful. Now I have to pay for new ones but won't be through here. Won't use it again.

Ordered ‘next day printing’ on 3 basic posters. Three days later I drove over an hour into town to pick up the posters, and wasn’t available.Cut to THREE MONTHS LATER the printing is still ‘Delayed’. I had to call to see what was going on, and they escalated it with a promise of a phone call.1 week later I received an email with a refund… no suggestion of how to get my posters that I needed 3 months ago or apology.I didn’t want to leave a review, but no number online allowed me to talk through the issue. Extremely unprofessional, cold, and heartless.Walmart, if you’d like to talk, my order number was 6728756.

Self chech out lady was very helpful sunday .Also a small er lady helped me in vacuum dept and in food dept. Both very helpful and answered my questions promptly.

They offer less services since covid, the staff not helpful at all trieded me like I couldn't possibly know what I was asking for or talking about

The only issue I had was when I was clearly standing (waiting) for a long time so someone could get the keys to open the case where I wanted to buy 2 right on the spot!! Meanwhile 3 guys who work there just starred at me while I waited!....thanks girls
