Beautiful building and a professional developer who delivers a quality product and a quality customer experience.

My boyfriend lived in this building when we first met and I got towed from visitor parking with my visitor badge on display (has unit number in plain sight) THREE TIMES. I went to see him 2-3 times a week and what bothered me most was they won't give warnings before they tow you despite the unit number on display. I saw and heard of 3 other people being towed from there just in my time in the parkade (i.e., walking to my car from the elevator) so it wasn't just me! This was despite many empty stalls in the parkade!! We were also told they would discuss the third time I was towed in a council meeting because it was after one night of me being parked (strata rules are 3 nights) and they never actually did discuss it or get back to us and I'm still out the tow money.
