I wish the pharmacy department would get their act together and work faster to fill your prescription.the doctor faxes your prescription and then you have hours to wait.This is not a place to go for fast timely service and right I have phoned twice and your phone recording tells me they are experiencing difficulties with their system. It’s time for me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

This pharmacy used to be decent and get prescriptions done on time. In the past few years it's dwindled in their customer service and quality. We've filled out our prescriptions VIA phone to a bot and a person and we give them at least 2-3 days to fill them, we've even been told by their own employees that it's guaranteed to be ready on time but every single time we go pick up a prescription we are told they aren't ready and to wait another 15 minutes to a day. Multiple times we've went there and they always have 3 prescriptions ready but not one. MULTIPLE TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED and everytime they tell us they don't know why it's not filled. We gave you hours among hours of time to fill our prescriptions why aren't they getting filled on time? and why are you making promises if they aren't going to be ready when you say they are? because of this we've decided to move pharmacies. we've given them plenty of chances to change their ways but it never changes. Almost everytime we go pick up a prescription even other people are still waiting for theirs.

Their customer service is extremely rude, dirty, terrible .Worst customer service.The very first thing whenever you go to pick up your medicine there always 6-10 peoples waiting in a queue. When after 30 minutes to 1 hours wait your turn came . They after checking on computers wait your prescriptions not received or not ready. It's been a year, every time I go to pick up the medicine, wait for an hour or two. Then they say your medicine cannot be prepared today, come again tomorrow.Another thing which has happened twice. I told them that my son does not take pills please gave him syrup but still they didn’t listen when I was there for pickup after 2 hours wait they gave me pills.The second time the doctor also wrote to give them syrup and still gave the pills.It seems they do it on purpose, their customer service is good and bad depending on the complexion of the people. If the customer is white , then they become polite, and if the customer is brown or any other community the evil of the whole world come on their face and immediately after checking and pressing two three computer buttons say that the medicine is not ready yet, wait for two hours and then after long wait when you will be there again they say that your medicine cannot be prepared today.come back tomorrowI’m sorry not only they are slow they have UGLY mentality too

They always hire students to work the long line ups, and the pharmacist stands there while they have a hard time. The pharmacist is a white hair dude, there's two counters and only 1 is always being used. The medication is never on time or always late due to lack of communication on their end. Seeing there is 6-7 workers in the store they should try communicate amongst each other for better service or keep the line ups smaller.

Considering that Loblaws is a massive corporation it is unacceptable to me that this locations pharmacy system" has been down for what feels like a year at least. Not only has this caused huge delays in getting prescriptions

worst customer service I have received in Saskatoon.When ever called about prescription their auto message tells we are experiencing technical difficulty so service time could be delayed. They could not overcome this technical fault since last two years. They give time 2pm if you will go at 4pm after an hour wait you will reach at computer and the customer rep or superviser will give u a news your medicine is not ready yet please wait for an hour. This pharmacy should be close or work hard to imrove its efficiency.

Never has prescriptions ready on time. Even when guaranteed by an employee, consistently told to wait 15 more minutes when you've had multiple days or hours to fill my prescription.

Horrible wait time. Screwed up prescriptions. Gave me the wrong prescription and almost didn't notice. It would have screwed up everything had I not noticed. Highly do not recommend.

I changed my review due to the more recent horrible experiences.I called my medications in Wednesday night. Due to the medication not being ready until Saturday I decided to call the next morning. Thursday morning I called and was assured my medication would be available the following morning at 10am.I went to pick up the prescriptions around noon Friday. I was informed that they weren't to be ready for 20 more hours I explain that I had spoken to someone the day before and was assured they would be ready.They rushed my prescriptions and I was able to get them within 10 to 15 minutes, in my prescription bag was a lovely note. I wish I could post a picture of it but it says, if you have called your refill into the automated system it automatically enters it to workflow to be ready in two days. If you need it sooner please call us to arrange a more suitable pick up time."Yeah thanks

I would give 0 stars if I could.This pharmacy used to be great- but as the customer base grew they started to close earlier and earlier... Now they are *completely* closed on Sundays too!? What the heck?? As businesses become more successful they are supposed to improve... not get significantly worse.Thats the last straw for me... Im going to transfer my prescriptions... probably to Walmart.
