Giving an honest review. The lady at the desk was very nice and showed me what the shop had to offer. My big thing is that the quality and color options weren’t astounding. And the prices were very high all things considered. Nice staff, good layout and display, but the products could be better.

My friend recently started chemo treatments so I took her to The Wig Warehouse in Bonavista. Sophie is an absolute gem! She is so compassionate, patient and helpful. She really listened to my friend and helped her find the perfect wig. Sophie's prices are very good and she offers an additional 20% off to those needing a wig for medical reasons. Her selection is extensive for both style and colour, so my friend left that day with the exact wig she had her mind set on... and a big hug from Sophie! Great service, Sophie! Thank you so much for making my friend comfortable during this difficult time.

We bought a ponytail wig for my daughter's dance competition a few days ago. Unfortunately, government decided yesterday to cancel all dance activities effective today due to Covid so our competition is no longer happening. When I inquired about return of an unused/unopened wig, the gentleman's attitude was not very friendly. Basically too bad for you, it is final sale. I understand no return policy if we would buy a wig because we wanted to. But this was a must accessory for dance that was cancelled due to circumstances I cannot control and I now will never use.

Terrible customer service. The person who received me had a very bad attitude and spoke horrible to me. I went to be advised since I am not an expert on this subject and I had a very bad experience. the truth, I would rather buy online than go back to a place so that they treat me badly.

I went in and I agree they have a good deal on selection. The one thing I did not appreciate is that I was quoted$127.00 yet when I was checking out it was $315.00 that is not good business practices. I know I'm from out of town and actually out of country, but it still doesn't mean you should jab me on price.
