What can I say, Nick de Koning and team were nothing but professional and respectful.I turned to them when I felt I was being pushed around by the insurance bullies and they did an amazing job sticking up and going to bat for me.One of the most important things I realized going through a lawsuit is communication with the one representing me and that was always prompt and courteous with the team at Deutschmann Law. During a very confusing and distressing time after sustaining a traumatic brain injury the staff at Deutshmann Law Firm and lawyer Nick de Koning were invaluable to the resolution of my benefits. The process was long, very detailed and overwhelming at times due to the nature of my injury. But when all the documentation was in place they were able to proceed and have my LTD reinstated. My injury was life altering and I was left at times with no income, to have this resolved after four years post injury is again life altering in a completely different way. My injury is still front and centre but coping and managing will be easier now with peace of mind financially. Thank you to everyone who worked on my case, highly recommend your firm to anyone needing disability assistance.
