Bs Snow Removal

Very reliable! As a single mom who works full time I was hesitant as there were a lot of snow removal scams going around Moncton. They blew me away with the wonderful clean job! They assured me I would be able to get to work in time (as I work nights) especially requesting after a storm. 10/10!!!

These people are nothing but thieves, save your money and look elsewhere is what i would stongly advise to anybody. The worst service i have ever encountered by far!!!

Edward snow removal is a scam . Do not hire them . I hired them in January do clear the snow, they never deliver on their promise of coming after snowfall. I paid for the service upfront but they’ll rarely come . They always make excuses when I call them or message them . It’s either someone had an injury or the machine broke . I don’t usually put bad reviews but they crossed the line and I want others people to not be scam by those people.

I was extremely pleased with the work I had done. Lawn care and snow removal were both done perfectly.Will definetly use again and would 100% recommend Edward for any outside maintenance!!!Great job :))

PATHETIC GREEDY BUSINESS, THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE MORE WORK THAN THEY CAN MANAGE. My parents hired them as a contractor and paid in full, they rarely came to plow their drive way. The last snow storm, my parents were snowed in for 3 days and were unable to go pick up their medicine at the pharmacy and my parents are seniors. They called multiple times and the woman who answered the phone had the audacity to get mad at my parents for calling for a service they paid for. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME! My parents have been nothing but kind to them and even giving one of the employees a Christmas gift. They kept delaying and promising they were on their way but never delivered on that promise. They kept making excuses that they are short on staff or the equipment is not working, I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if you actually want to get out of your house during the winter. PS: to the person who is always replying, yes, I would like my refund.

I signed contract with them for half season, from Jan 15, 2022 to March 31, 2022, and paid $600. They only came one or two times if my memory is right (I can check the accurate number with my tenants)They did not come to my place to remove the snow after big snow. I hired other people to do the snow two times because they don't show up, and it waste my time and money. I called them many times and most of time there is no response. Finally they answered the phone, they said their machine need to repair thats why they did not remove the snow, and also promise that they will return the funds to me after talking to their accountants, they ask me to wait. Since then, I cannot reach out to them anymore. I am not one to write bad reviews but BUYER BEWARE. The absolute worst overall experience with any kind of service in my life. I hired them to clean my driveway for the season and paid upfront for their service. I had covid when I hired them so did not receive the necessary contract work. After having to call them multiple times to get them to come do the work and them taking days after the storm to come do the job, they now used the excuse that we dont have a contract and are refusing to refund me or provide paid services. Discusted by their dishonesty and extremely poor service. ****DO NOT HIRE****
