Car broke down and it happened to just roll into the Napa parking lot as I was waiting on a tow truck to take it out of there they asked me to push my car out of the parking lot as it's for customers only, meanwhile I was going to buy coolant and the part from them till they treaded me horribly and all this was coming from the store manager ! Napa Definitely is not for the people in need especially a tattooed native driving a bmw

They had the part I needed in stock and at a better price than Canadian Tire. I was also happy to learn they were open on a Saturday. Don't go to Canadian Tire for auto service or parts. Go to NAPA on Mcdonald.

Observed a Napa van in Regina in a school zone at 10.47 AM McCarthy and Rochdale,everyone doing 30kmh, all of sudden this NAPA van finds we are too slow and zips into the right lane,goes flying by at 50-60 kmh for a whole lengthy block and turns right. Sign on back of van says How's my driving? Called into the store to report and manager is away and party I spoke to seemed very disinterested in talking about the matter. Hope the driver gets caught and smartens up before he hurts some school child.Not very good advertising for NAPA. Thx for reading.April 24,2023

I purchased a used Toyota Camry Hybrid and was needing a rare tool to remove the oil filter housing. Regina Toyota, Canadian Tire and others didn’t have it, so was told to contact Napa Auto Parts. These two guys working here went above and beyond, giving me good advice and the stores best product as well as five star customer service. Well done gents. I’m a NAPA fan now.

Brutal customer service. Couldn't exchange 2L of oil worth $16.00 without a receipt. Something so small should be no problem to get the customer on there way, not telling me how there is so much paperwork involved for 2L of oil. Buy from box store they don't question minor items, or even larger ones.
