I've come a handleful of times already and its usually very good tasty food. But my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a combo with my bowl which comes with an spring roll. The egg roll I received was nearly frozen in the middle on my first bite. I told the staff at the front and they offered to get me another order of spring rolls. Normally this would have been acceptable and not enough to make me write a review but again my 2nd spring roll was frozen in the middle. I don't expect to pay nearly 20 dollars for a meal and receive borderline frozen food. Definitely will consider other food options before I ever return.

Had a very pleasant experience . Got the salmon teriyaki with noodles and veggies All tasted delicious and fresh. The portions were also generous. On top of that, the service was very good - attentive and kind staff. Will definitely go back.

Very delicious food, made fresh to order! The portion sizes for the protein are very generous and overall make for a very good meal! Loved the egg rolls with the sauce, but the dumplings were slightly underwhelming but they were not bad. Our family liked that you could exclude certain veggies for taste preferences. We've been twice and look forward to going again!

Orange chicken was very good, the crab Rangoon was amazing! Veggies were under cooked but still very good. Everything is made fresh so either order ahead or wait 15-20 mins. I will be back to try more things!

First time here. Gluten Free!!! Omg they have GF teriyaki sauce. They have a huge dine-in space. 11 x 4 person tables and a full sit up bar at the window. I ordered my order to go, they offer both options.

I've been enjoying this Teriyaki Madness location for a little while. The food is always fresh and hot. Good selection and presentation. An establishment that understands its customers. But the service and portion sizes have been inconsistent of late. Sometimes they give cutlery when we (forget to decline) ask, sometimes they don't. Really a minor thing. Sometimes the container is full, sometimes there's a bit of room in the container. It'd be understandable if we didn't order the exact same thing every time or both of us having the same thing yet one is only 3/4 full and the other is what one could call full. Again minor things. I like this place.
