The worst experience ever. I went with my mom to buy bridal jewelry and bought a bangle set along with it. The total was $450. $100 + tax for the bangles. We went home and tried the bangles but the looked way to loose on my hands. My mom called the store and she spoke to one of the employees and she said to her they don’t have a return policy. My mom explained to her that the bangles are useless for us, and she said okay you can come in to return them or see IF you like anything to trade with. Two days after we went to return it. They said to wait for “Hajra”. So we went to another store to place and order and came back to Return the bangles. Hajra still wasn’t there. The employee said to browse the store and look for anything we like, we didn’t like anything and told her we just want a refund. She denied the conversation on the phone and said you have to buy something or keep the bangles. I tried explaining her I don’t need anything and it’s waste of money for me. Complete waste of money and time. Never going there again and won’t recommend it to people. They should tell people about their policy before they make a purchase.

BEWARE: PRICE DISCREPANCY ALERT! FRAUD! GO TO OTHER STORES FIRSTAbsolutely shocked at the experience I received at this store. I bought a dress here (which had no price tag, most clothes there had no tag) at first the lady told me the price is $185. I explained to her that as a cotton somewhat casual dress the price was too high. So she brought the price down to $150, making it seem like she was doing such a favour for us as a new customer of hers. I ended up buying this dress. However, I went down the street to another store Poshak Mahal and they had the SAME DRESS! EXACTLY THE SAME! Same material, exact same design/detail, no difference at all! The price here was only $100! Shocked at seeing this I went back to Fashion Ka ghar and spoke with the same lady. I informed her about the price difference. I was so taken aback and disgusted by her response. Instead of admitting she overcharged me, she ranted and kept going on about how her clothes were so much better quality, better brand that’s why there was the price difference. This dress was not even branded, no where was there a brand tag so how is her dress “better”? The fabric/quality/design is the EXACT same as the other store so how can she justify herself like that to me? Not only that, she had audacity to say “do you think brands at Walmart are the same price as Winners?” Like excuse me? What is this example, what was she trying to say even, I don’t understand ?This was so rude. I told her I was not hoping to return the dress nor did I want my money back because I liked this dress for my daughter. I am just so upset at the way she behaved for letting her know that I did not appreciate how she was deceiving people.AVOID THIS STORE! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING TO OTHER STORES FIRST! LOOK AT THE PRICES AND QUALITY AT THE OTHER STORES!They over charge for the clothes and take advantage of first time customers! They literally make replica clothing of brands and try to claim they make “branded clothing”. Can definitely find a better selection of clothes with quality and reasonable price at other stores.

An absolute awesome experience! Hajera was so helpful and sweet with suggesting outifts. The 2 hr trip to Milton did not disappoint!! I loved how my outfit came together, so I highly highly recommend this place! I'm definitely gonna be back there for more!

Worst service, she convinced me to buy an x-large dress before Eid and said her tailor could make it a small for me. I have been to the tailor three times now, and paying twice to do the size alterations coz she just eye-balled it the first time. I have spent more time and money than this dress is worth.They are just looking to make money. Her price at mela was much lower than at the store for the same dress.

Asiya and Hajera are a delight! My family and I went to go get a a walima dress and they were so sweet and understanding of all our needs! They have the cutest bridal dresses! As a plus size woman, I wasn't body shamed here or denied service! I chose my dress and walked out feeling like a princess <3 I would definitely recommend them!!!!

We had a pleasant experience. They had a variety of dresses ready for last minute purchases and also offer options for custom orders. Prices seemed fair and compatible, similar to other stores. Asiya and Hajera were very kind and helpful. They even went the extra mile to provide last minute alterations for dresses we got elsewhere but were ruined and could not be worn. Within a few days they had the clothes fixed and wearable.
