Reitmans

Courtney helped me out. I went into the store a little stressed trying to find a pair of dress pants. I had been looking for a few minutes and she came over and asked if I was doing okay. She took the one pair of pants I had to start me in a change room. I told her what I was looking for. She took the pants I had and came back with another pair to try on. When I saw them my exact words were that's exactly what I'm looking for "I was so happy and relieved. I bought them and they are awesome

love their clothes! but had a horrible experience with the sales clerk. She was rude, impatient and made me feel dumb and inferior.

The staff at the pen are absolutely awful and rude and condescending. The one called herself the manager however is she is the manager then expect the entire staff to feel it’s ok to be obnoxious. There is no excuse in the world for anyone to be treated the way I was treated and shame on Reitmans for not dealing with this bullying behaviourThe staff at 4th are are the best, they are the opposite , they are polite, helpful informative and went out of their way to help with size and outfits and matching. The store is more like a boutique and extremely pleasant and really a nice shopping trip.I thought bullying and rude and mean behaviour was not accepted let alone to paying customers. I see there has been previous bad reviews but nothing has been done - what a shame

Friendly staff and great deal on a winter coat.

I can always find a great deal. Staff Super helpful and the store is clean.

Good selection and helpful staff

Kelly helped me, she was incredibly helpful and helped me place an online order without me having to do anything! She made sure to check surrounding stores for a pair of jeans I wanted, and when they were in stock but at a store far away, she helped me set up an account & purchase the pants, also giving me an additional 10% off for being a new member. She ensured all my needs were met as a customer while doing so with a great smile, and I look forward to seeing her on my next visit!

Very good clothing store in the Pen centre.

Over the years I have found staff at the St. Catharines Pen Centre store very friendly and accommodating. There's one blonde woman that is quite the opposite. I can't say she is new to the store (past year or two) but I just don't remember her from years past. Quite arrogant, seems to be annoyed at everything and not friendly at all. She seems to be there most days that I go into the store. Walked right back out the other day when I saw she was working. I decided to shop where I would feel welcome.

Two incredibly rude sales associates. Love Reitmans but this experience was extremely unsettling. The hostility I felt was so intense. I will NEVER go there again.
