My Mom, Betty, lived at Points West on the sixth floor of phase 2, and then in the memory care cottage in phase 2. Her time there was shorter than we hoped, but we are very satisfied with the care and support she received from the staff. Jasmine and Kymi(?) took fantastic care of her and became an important part of her life! We are very grateful to them and will remember fondly all they have done for our family!

Avoid this place! It is very understaffed. There was a lady in the bathroom needing assistance. She was in there for 15 minutes. And after 15 minutes they still would not come. No compassion at all here!Management needs to step up here. Not fair to our Seniors!!

My grandparents live here right now. My grandma is being taken care of while my grandpa is still living independently but this allows them to stay together as much as possible. They do crafts and painting, serve lunch and dinner. Bring in hair stylists for the clients. It seems to be a really great place with caring and knowledgable staff.

My mom recently moved to Points West and it's been a great experience. The care staff as well as the Alberta Health Services staff are just super. The folks that run the building are professional and the kitchen/meals are fantastic. So far, so darn good!

This is not a place I would recommend for long term care especially if you or your loved ones have any complex medical conditions. Totally under staffed which makes it completely impossible to care for residents properly! My family member recently passed away and was living in this facility and it was a complete nightmare! Many times they had forgotten about her and wouldn’t bring her meals to her. She would press her button for assistance and sometimes the wait was over an hour for help. Absolutely terrible care

Seems like they are having alot of staffing issues. Took sometime to be acknowledged at the door, staff seemed disengaged. Wasn't a good experience when we visited last.

Visited a person who is a friend's relative of mine. So I'm not directly involved. This facility was very clean. Extremely organized, and very helpful in every way. The parking is good, and was happy to visit this person in this facility.

My great aunt is temporarily here while awaiting permanent placement somewhere, and it seems pretty good she likes it better than the hospital for sure. The staff seems nice enough. It's a nice building, and the rooms are nice.
