Bought their ES Commute scooter yesterday. Leo was a really nice and chill guy with excellent customer service skills and gave an insightful overview to the product while effectively answering any questions. The scooter itself was easy to assemble and the ride was nice and smooth. Just make sure you have a car or have someone in advance to drive you if you're picking this up in person since the product first comes in a box. Overall, would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new electric scooter!

I just finished my first ride on the Ninebot Max. It was so fun! I'm so glad I bought it at TekTrendy because they had a great website (very informative). I ordered it at 11:30 am on Black Friday and was able to pick it up the same evening. Leo even carried the box right to my car. He had great advice! Assembly was super simple! Online chat support by Peter was excellent - he answered all my questions. If I'm going to spend this much on a scooter, I want to make sure I have support after I purchase it so this makes me so much more comfortable that just buying it from a big box store or a random seller online.

Picked up an M365 Pro for my 17 year old son. He is absolutely loving it. Definitely a great purchase.Shout out to Leo. His customer service was amazing and his help and follow up on the details for the set up and warranty were better than any online purchase that I've made recently.The scooter works great and the setup was super easy.Just a heads up, my scooter has a European plug and therefore you will need an EU to Can power adapter.Cheers

I purchased the Xiaomi M365 Pro 2 from TekTrendy and picked it up last week. Their customer service was amazing and Leo was more than willing to stay and share about the ins and outs of the scooter itself as well as give me tips about riding the scooter safely in Toronto. I'm having a ton of fun on this thing, and the entire purchasing experience was awesome!

Best pricing and excellent customer service! Leo met me at their downtown store on Canada Day Holiday evening, to deliver my Wife's ES4, and lugged the box down 2 blocks to load it into our Minivan. He gave me tips on handling and saving battery life. I also received follow-up Email to thank me for the purchase, and to make sure we were enjoying the Scooter. Good job guys!

I Bought 2 Segway Ninebot MAX from this store. It's our first scooter. Leo is very friendly and knowledgeable who kindly informed us about it, and answered our questions. Very great customer service!The e-scooter was really great. Although it's kinda heavy for me, it's easy to use, and convenient for commuting. I picked up an ES Commute scooter from TekTrendy last week. This is my first electric scooter and so far I've been extremely impressed with how well it rides. The ride is very smooth and quiet, the range is great, it's light and looks great! Their customer service was also top notch, they're very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. I would go back there for sure!

Excellent service! I bought an ES commute scooter a few months ago however shortly after I bought it someone ran me off the road and the scooter was damaged. They repaired it for next to nothing! The scooter is great and I would highly recommend buying a scooter from TekTrendy
