Andy is very friendly and professional and does a great job!

From the reviews, I wish I would have looked at prior to making an appointment, it appears this Andy guy should not be dealing with the public in a professional capacity. After canceling our appointment, the owner arrived at our home to try and force the appointment to happen. He was belligerent and rude, far from professional by any definition of the word. He was angry and upset claiming he had over 5,000 clients (then why be mad over 1?!). He got in my husband's face on our front porch and would not leave when asked and then told to do so several times. When I say, 'in my husband's face' I mean if you will imagine a 2 step porch, my husband on the top step and this guy on the second, inches from his face; this guy's behavior and actions were so aggressive and hostile, had he not finally taken a step back, my husband felt it could have led to a physical altercation. In fact, when my husband raised his voice and demanded Andy leave our property, Andy said, Oh you're a tough guy?" almost as if prodding him. He was yelling and screaming to point

Andy was knowledgeable and confident. He was willing to listen and did not get defensive at some questions when some service people might have. He gave insight and resources for replacing flue cap that blew off. He gave option to order through him or online. He spent time to be sure all questions answered and advised that we could clean every three years based on our type of fireplace.

Great experience with Andy. He was informative and my two pellet stoves are now running better than ever.

Andy was able to come inspect our wood burning stove very quickly after calling and was very informative and fair about what he needed to do to for us to safely use it. Andy is a true professional and I would highly recommended!

Andy was absolutely wonderful. It was easy to schedule online, and he arrived right on time. Not only did he clean our chimney, he fixed some issues with our set up that we didn't even know we had. And he gave us some maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly. I'm looking forward to working with him for many years to come.
