Driver tried to make a U turn in my private driveway. He had no idea how to back up with a small trailer hooked up and ended up running all over my grass. The trench he left was 10ft long and 1ft deep. Driver was totally clued out on how to report this to his superior until I told him to pick up his phone and call him. Driver was basically trying to back up and drive away before I ran out of my house and asked him what in the heck he was trying to do. Number 1: Driver obviously has no training to drive a towing vehicle. Number 2: After driver eventually called his Boss....no one has come out to look at the destruction of my property. I would highly recommend not to deal with this Company as they don't rectify any issues, are very unprofessional and don't qualify their Drivers before they put them on the road.
