The kabob is amazing, it is a quality Iraqi food resturant. Definitely the first choice for kabab. The masgouf fish was good, but it didnt feel wooden grilled. But it was still good

If I could give this garbage restaurant 0 stars I would. I came here with my family out of town expecting a nice lunch but Icame into this place and was approached by a staff member telling us to sit down. I wasn't give the chance to answer any questions. We sat down our table and it was disgusting. Nothing was cleaned and overall I was very disgusted. I then told my waiter and he looked at me and did nothing. So then the apparent owner" comes upto us afterwards about 30 min in and rudely tells us that there is nothing wrong with the food when i said numerous times there was a bug in it. He was screaming at his employees to clean when he wasn't doing anything himself. This restaurant truly shows the lack of training and and just overall garbage management or whoever that big guy screaming was. Very disgusted and disappointed brining my family here especially coming from out of town."

One of the worst place to Eat in Canada. There is not Staff inside Zad Restaurant. Only one new young boy is working and also he not understand anything. Price is very extremely high. Even $1 shawarma they charged me $9.03. And also they expecting $0.03 change from me. Quality of food also not very good and not taste. I came very far to this restaurant but I have experienced very bad. I asked where is boss but that boy answered me not clearly.Today I loose my time and money. Worst worst worst place.

Went there for iftar... not big selection... food was ok... but I just didn't like the fact that you have to pay before you eat!!! Not knowing what's even on the menu!!! All trays were covered which I understand to keep the food hot but at least have a menu or put a tag or a sign on each tray to know what we are paying for before eating

If you’re looking to book the haul for an event STAY AWAY! EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER AND STAFF. I was embarrassed by my guests of the way they acted with us. Barely let us set up the night before our event with comments like “don’t pop the balloon so it doesn’t make a mess” “you can’t stay past 11pm or else u would have to pay an additional $200+” they will give u a price before your event and will change the price the day of your event. We were told the shisha with a regular head is $20 and the day of the event they told us no it’s $25. For a regular shisha head??? No business in the GTA charges $25 for a regular shisha head even my guests were upset about the price and the shisha wasn’t even that good. Never will come back to dine in or rent out the haul.
