RDH Building Science Inc.

RDH has worked with our Royal Pines Strata Council for over three years in the design and implementation of a substantial building remediation project of $1.75 million. We are a 31-unit townhouse complex on Marsett Place, comprised of eight buildings of 2- and 3-level townhomes. RDH provided us with guidance and support throughout the project, from the very beginning of the Building Enclosure Assessment through to the Construction Management process and final completion of the project. RDH managed all details of the project, provided a site supervisor on site every day for the past six months, and coordinated all aspects of the large project scope. Monthly meetings with our council and committee, along with weekly project updates for owners ensured the whole process was a collaborative one. Furthermore, RDH tendered and selected (in concert with our council) contractors who were exceptional in their work.Our Royal Pines council highly recommends RDH in any project under consideration by other strata communities. It has been a sincere pleasure to work with the folks at RDH.
