A little tucked out of the way breakfast and brunch Gem in downtown Canmore. Very healthy choices. The in restaurant menu offers a wider menu selection than the online menu.

Great experience. Feels like a warm loving family hug when you're greeted. Food is delicious. We had the vegan panini and the roasted veggie wrap. Totally affordable.

We came to pick up a small breakfast to start our road trip for the day. The latte I got was fine but the wrap was more tortilla than anything. It was a couple centimeters of flour on one side of the wrap and it made the whole thing hard to bite through and overly dry. Will look try something else on our next visit.

Great spot and fantastic staff. The wraps were great and tasty but a bit on the expensive side. The quality made it worth so much. Will definitely come back very soon.

Today, I came in with a big last minute order. The owner rallied her team and had 20 sandwiches made, and delivered to the other side of town in under an hour.Not only is the service excellent, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.Highly recommend!

I'm allergic to gluten, egg and dairy, so breakfast is really hard for me to find good restaurants while travelling. I had a gluten free wrap with vegan egg and cheese . It tasted good and the tortilla stayed together, but it was $20 total for all the substitutions with a tea.

Ordered mocha and pastries here on a morning. Sat in the patio in the front because the view was amazing from there. Plenty of room for large groups . The coffee was very good as were the pastries. Unfortunately there was a long wait time. Had to stand in the queue for a good amount of time before I could order. They are definitely understaffed, but that's a common theme in Canmore right now. So expect a long wait if you decide to go there, especially during weekends.

The food was pretty good - our group ordered the Mexican Grilled Wrap, Viva Las Vegan Grilled Wrap, Curry Chicken Grilled Wrap, Cuban Panini, and Grilled Cheese. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The Chai latte was pretty bland, and it did take a little bit of time to get the food.

Healthy and Fresh but very very bland.When visiting we always try locally owned restaurants instead of the franchise or chains. But this was a huge disappointment with respect to food. My first thought - I should have been to any other franchise instead.The reviews are totally overrated. We came very hungry and completely lost our appetite. We ordered two Mediterranean, one Bean panini and a chili . The paninis were just boiled beans and boiled chicken in dry flour wrap with zero flavor or taste. We were able to eat with condiments but ended up leaving half our meals.Service and Ambiance were great . We sat outside and enjoyed the view.
