Dr. UL-Haq is great, however, the front desk staff for the clinic need to be trained on the purpose of reception. They are behind the glass window and do not talk to you unless you go to them and talk. I stood in line at the walk-in window waiting for someone to check me in with my newborn son, and after 10min of standing there, I went to the other doctor's receptionist, who saw me standing there the whole time, and I asked if there was a walk-in receptionist. She told me to go to another window, where they finally checked me in. All the front desk staff saw me waiting for someone to help me and did not inquire once. There are signs on each window telling us which window is for who and clearly no care for patients standing at windows with no receptionist to check in with. Please do better.

Let the receptionist know that I think I have strep and was told the doctor wouldn’t even speak to me without doing a Covid rapid test first (which they conveniently didn’t offer at their location). Ended up going to another walk in clinic since I’d have to go out of my way to buy a test anyway. I’d skip this place entirely and just go to Silvercreek walk in clinic instead (unfortunately they were closed), went in with a sinus infection a few months ago and they looked at me no questions asked. I’d give a 0 if I could for this place.

I had a pretty seamless experience here, reception was helpful, DR. H. UL HAQ examined me and took time to understand what's going on.I'd say quite the opposite of what all reviews I read before going.Only issue is you need to carry cash with you.

Went to this “clinic” with lower jaw pain that was radiating up the right side of my face and was seen by a female doctor whom I can’t remember her name , she was extremely dismissive of my symptoms , didn’t think anything was wrong with me , I continue to say I’m in a lot of pain so she felt my areas of where I was having discomfort and pressed down very hard and still said everything was normal. She then decided to swab me for strep throat even though I have no other symptoms that would go with that diagnosis but swabbed me anyway just for fun , this place is a absolute joke and should have real health care professionals.DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!

Went in to see Dr. Qureshi. I needed another prescription with correct condition name as the insurance company did not accept the claim with incorrect unofficial condition name. Simply walked in and politely apologized for the inconvenience.She manages to snap back at me responds with “ It is an inconvenience”. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor is miserable

******** Highly NOT" Recommend Dr. Qurshii************** The worst Doctor I ever see in Canada ******I took my grandmom (80+) to her after the paramedic officer recommends she have an opinion about Low Blood Sugar. She was not able to identify the medicine from the Prescription. it was clear to read. But she mentioned that had no time to go through it. Very Rude. Never willing to listen to what I said. Even she ran through a house pharmacist to get an idea of what this prescription was all about. First time to see Doctor ran to Pharmacist.She knew my grandmom has a breathing issue

Dr Quereshi is not professional doctor, she will not care about patient condition at all.always late and keeps forgetting medication that she prescribed. I have bad experience. she is not follow up with patient not event consider patient health condition.keep busy to see more patient and earn money without patient problem solve ??Please be safe and go to other professional

I went to this clinic today. I will not recommend Dr. Qureshi. Very rude. Didn't want to listen to her patient. She told me I should have gone to my family doctor instead of going to the walk-in clinic. I want to request an EMG for my shoulder but she told me EMG is only for the hands but I think EMG is for nerve check. She seems in a hurry cos she said she still has lots of patients.

I highly suggest do not go to Dr Quereshi , she is not a good doctor, always late and keeps forgetting medication that she prescribed. If you are associated with her , my advice is to take your business elsewhere.me and my family have very bad experience. she is not care about patient condition she just refer experts and wait... wait... wait... no follow up with patient utile patient comes backend ask what he/she can do to resolve his/her problem and she is saying go to emergency hospital or you need to wait wait wait... even her receptionist is not profession and don't do proper jobI highly suggest do not go to her
