Such an amazing place, Kiran was cutting my hair and did a great job plus an amazing fade. Very nice atmosphere and polite staff.

My hair had grown out so I went to get my hair highlighted a couple of weeks ago. Chevorn did a full head of highlights and also styled my hair. It was such an enjoyable experience and I love how my hair turned out! Thanks, Chevorn!

This is definitely one of Oakville’s highest quality salons. I have curly hair so I see their curly hair experts Karina and Leanne. My husband sees Francisco and loves him.I had one negative experience when I was sent to a stylist I had never been to before. They were unfamiliar with my curly hair and the cut was awful. Thankfully, the owner was incredibly gracious. Without disrespecting his employee, he made me feel validated in my feelings. He booked me with Leanne to get it fixed and credited me with a free haircut with any stylist for when it grew out. I will always recommend this salon. Prices are high but quality is great!

I used to love going to see Sam when he was a junior stylist and at the Burloak location . I haven’t been back in awhile as I found his prices very high as he said he is now a senior stylist and I left with wet hair after partial and root colour $400 . Her studios will do the EXACT same service for $210

Good haircut, pricy: $100 for a trim. Professional people work there but I wish they were more friendly.

This salon has raised their prices by over 30% in the last year under the guise of inflation. They don't blow dry your hair after they've wet it which makes ZERO sense to me. I paid $440 for partial highlights, trim and root color! Also, have recently been informed that my daugher thats 9 years old (who has been seen there before) would be paying for a full womans cut of $98 for a trim. The owners here have clearly gotten too greedy to offer appropriate services for the cost. They have some good talent there but it will slowly leave once the neighbourhood catches on how much they're ripping them off. Would NOT reccomend.

I don’t like to give bad reviews. Especially after being a client for well over 26 years. On the most part great. A handful of bad haircuts and another handful of bad colouring. But I know nothing is ever perfect and happy to accommodate. After all it is only hair. It grows back and you can change the colouring. Knowing what I know now. I shouldn’t have been so accommodating. I have actually met my end. After 26 years+ I think I need to move on. They obviously know my hair challenges. They obviously know my likes and dislikes. After all this time. Yet when I ask. Can my hair handle this and do you think it is right for me. And. Are you up for it ? Pointed out a cut done in their very salon from a real live person walking out. The exact very same I was looking for. Also brought a picture of what I wanted done. Yet. I’m left with a cut that literally turns my hair into a rats nest every morning I wake. Forcing me to wash and dry my hair every single day. Which I know is not good for me. After researching. I think I found the correct technical term for the cut I wanted. A stacked bob or graduated bob. Why is it my job that know this ?? And if you couldn’t do it. Why didn’t you say so? This is not at all what I got. Researching more and I’m about 10 months away to normal. Wow. Hair is everything for women. And I’m feeling pretty bad right now. Take caution.

Scheduled for hair wash and blow dry. Today. , I arrived at 2:09 and was told “Francisco couldn’t do my hair”. I would “ put him behind” I am having a very high risk surgery tomorrow and wanted someone familiar to do my hair.I watched my phone and Francisco’s next appt arrived at 3:09! He meanwhile swept hair-and chit chatted with the front staff until his 3::09 arrived. They all were nice as pie to this man and said nothing about being late to him.I told a red headed girl at the front my complaint and how I wanted my hair to look nice if things went bad in the OR tomorrow She extremely rudely said, well I wouldn’t show up 1/2 hr late!! I had my phone out when I walked in at 2:09!!!! Obviously this salon hates disabled people. Down hill service since 1989 when I first met Nick. Also Maurice had no time to talk to me either! Perhaps I’ll call the Star. Wish I could give a zero!Maurice also took a long time to speak with me so I had to leave.

I was an employee for 8 years, and in 2019 I moved out of town. I keep driving all the way back to Oakville and paying for the unbeatable talent and service Venere always continues to provide.

I had a scissor cut here with Maurice and I'm very satisfied. Maurice took the time to cut my hair carefully and with great style. I will be returning.
