great staff, fast and friendly, they took great care with my house and other little jobs as they poped up.

This company came to my home with my Insurance company a possible roof job.... First two visits were with my Insurance company to look at the roof. The third visit two men came, they opened the roof, found a board nailed under the tin and removed the board. screwed the tin back down. They spent just under an hour and a half at my home. I stated I was going to pay them instead of going through my Insurance, and was later met with hostility. The man stated the bill was for 890.00. I said what , they were only here for an hour, he continued to be nasty stating his time was worth money. We argued back and forth, him dropping the bill to 409.90 thats over 200 dollars an hours, he later sent my insurance company a different bill for over that amount.....These guys gave me no estimate, and no courtesy, they were unorganized, and one fellow said he was scared of heights and didn't want to go up on the roof. Overcharged me for very shoddy service..... Very disappointed that these fellows are ripping people off and being aggressive when confronted about rates... Not a good company to deal with.......In fact the reason for the roof is that snow builds up there. I was hoping to get a heating coil installed but this company refused to install the coil stating I don't pay their rate at over 100 dollars an hour...........I have a disability and feel this company took advantage of me and they were going to take advantage of my Insurance company...........No good marks for these guys, you have been warned
