The smell wasn't pleasent but that didn't bother me until I saw the critter room, I work with guinea pigs and have an overall Passion for animals, the enclosures were clean but overall unprofessional and an awful environment for animals to live in, it's cramped depressing and loud. This isn't the kind of place where you feel like the animals are the priority, it feels more like they're just trying to make money without putting the animals and well being first, even the no return policy put me off, I've never seen a pet store that says that you can't return an animal because they may have picked up an illness after you purchased them. Animals are living, thinking, and emotional beings and it surely wouldn't be difficult to make sure they have a comfortable home while they're with you and not just the bare minimum.

My one favourite stop to shop for ALL my animals! The groomer I find is amazing! From my rough collie to my sphynx cats she always does an amazing job. I get all my fish and dragon supplies here. I find it to always be a pleasant shop to stop In at . I have never felt undermined or dumb:) I highly recommend . Thank you !

Could not thank these guys enough, they took my walking cloud thing and turned it back into an adorable doggy. She must of had a great experience with them because when I take her back she gets all excited tail wagging when we get near the store, and she always comes home with a cool pink mohawk and cute little neckercheif thing. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys, awsome people, good prices and most importantly the dog loves them.

I've been bringing my dog to them for just over a year now. Cooper just loves the staff. He very hyper around people especially people he likes. The staff and owner are very knowledgeable, always very friendly and professional. They always ask what I want done and make suggestions to meet my needs. I know Cooper is always in good hands

Worst grooming" my furbaby has ever gotten. She didn't even smell clean and her fur was completely uneven."

I've been taking my dogs here for the last 4 years. I always have the best experiences here and the staff are so sweet! They also took in my aggressive small breed (she didn't like her muzzle being done) and I was honest prior from the beginning that I wasn't too confident in her being groomed. After many sessions my dog warmed up to them and always went! Still, she didn't like her muzzle being done but the rest of the groom she got used to! It takes patience, time, and honesty! There was times where I was in a pinch and the staff kept my pup for me. I enjoy the ladies there and I will always keep taking my dogs back. Unfortunately I no longer have my dog but I have another pup that I started taking at 8 weeks old! Highly recommend.

Was very impressed with this place. My dogs always had a hard time being left at groomers for hours. At Paws, Newt is in and out in @an hr. He's not shaking or stressed. If I just need a nail trim I can drop right in.Newt is happy so I'm happy.
