They always do my car insurance. I've gone there since 1996 and they've always kept up with the newest pricing and trends. They're quite knowledgeable and very helpful in answering questions. They have Punjabi speaking people as well for those who prefer it. Nice updated setting.

First time I went there a year ago..had great service. My last visit last week I felt she was rude. Needs to work on customer service AND also ask if there was anything else she could help me with rather then walk away and I have to call her back as I told her more then one time I needed storage insurance. By the way I called it parking insurance for her to correct me 3 times by saying storage insurance. I was very overwhelmed trying to cancelle insurance in a whole different town trying to get my plates brought to a different place then where I was. Felt I was unwelcome.

We had to go replace my son's stolen license plates. We were served right away which we appreciated. The lady who served us was very quiet. Often we were questioning what was going on while she served us. She did seek help a couple of times. we had wanted to pay right away, instead she added the cost to his monthly payments without asking us. My son had his bank card out and told her he wanted to pay. The cost was not large so it wasn't a big deal but it might have been if the amount was larger. Overall, we got what we needed.

My son was buying his first car and we arrived at Charlesworth Insurance at just after 8:00 PM on a Thursday. A man was just locking up and when he saw me about to get back into the car asked if I needed insurance. I said, yes
