Buddy’s subs in hamilton has been around for decades. The location and the decor has not changed much. Parking is decent and the outside is nothing fancy. Inside is a no frills place as well. it is kept clean.I ordered an assorted and it was made to order. The amount of toppings can be increased/decreased as needed. My sub was made very well and I enjoyed it. The reason it’s been in business for so long is because they make subs so great. I’d recommend you try one.As long as they keep it updated and clean there is no reason to renovate. They would benefit from some better decor and layout. Outside can also be improved considerably. Nothing stops you from getting a good sub though so give them a try.

Chicken or gyro is the way to go! Best fries too. Always big portions of delicious food. We eat here at least once a month.

Just got subs.. im blown away with the lack of meat... i got the cold club.Two pcs of meat and half a piece of bacon.. even the tomatoes are small and only 3 on a 12 inch sub.Buddy's has always been my go too for 20yrs... guess I'm going to have to find a new place that isn't ripping off their customers.

Passed Buddys subs a couple of times on my way to Princess Auto and I decided to drop in for a meal. This was a couple of months ago and just when stores were re opening to the public. I was greated by friendly staff and the food selections looked pretty good. I really wanted a Gyro so I picked one up. Lots of fresh toppings and Buddys was pretty generous with the meat! Looking to come back and try the rest of the menu! 4 Stars

Great place to grab a quick sub. The staffs a very very friendly. They serve gyro pita and Greek salads along with the sub. The subs are fresh. They keep it simple with lettuce onions and tomatoes. Always get the sub sauce, it’s the best. Also they are maintaining the COVID protocols very strictly.

Hubby & I have had subs here a couple of times delicious!!!! Tonight we tried the gyros dinner omgosh best gyros we have had in a long time plenty of meat sauce was top quality and price was right!!! We will be doing Fright night takeout here again

I just visited for the first and last time today. I'm a fan of subs so I thought I'd go give this a try and I was also hungry. I ordered the 12 inch mixed sub, soon after I had about 2 bites left I smelled the Salami and it was a bad smell. I then realized that they sold me a sub with expiring meat on it. I couldn't tell at first because the bun and fresh produce was covering it up. On top of that, I went to the washroom to vomit and it smelled like pure pics there so that made me even sicker. DO NOT GO THERE! you're better of going to speedy subs, fennel sun or Mike's! When I asked for a refund he didn't want to give me a refund and kept saying his stuff is good. NOT TRUE

I go out of my way for the super gyro. Brought my wife for lunch. She had the Greek salad, which was an amazing deal. I would suggest, however, to steer clear of the burger. Subs are great too. All the food here is fresh.

I went to Buddy's about 10 years ago and had a gyro, it was delicious, just ordered another one from Skipthedishes and the same, delicious!
