As in 'zero star' but that option is not available...I wish I could tell you in person about Bill Dooks, Blackhawk Construction, building our house and why we strongly recommend you go find someone else to work on yours. I would share the expert's reports (ready for court) regarding the numerous major issues that they discovered as well as pictures and videos.FYI about the other 3 reviews below with '5 star' ratings:- The mother of his children, Colette Williams, wrote: Excellent workmanship.
