Went to NSCC for close to 10 years. Very welcoming, good worship, passionate folks and many people their have good intentions. The low's are; leadership does not take direction/help from anyone, King James only bibles ( pretty much) other books and bibles are highly frowned upon and very works orientated, example God loves you if, god is happy with you if, it all feels very conditional. Lastly connecting with other churches and other ways of doing things is highly discouraged.

Great fellowship with Jesus -loving people. God's love is shown to all . Worship music is glorious! I enjoy the outreach at Lonsdale Quay and at home bible studies.Sunday evening gospel services provide an open invitation to repent and accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour.Missions outreach include India and Africa.I enjoy worshipping God with fellow believers in this Bible based church whenever I am in Vancouver.

It's hard to write a review for 2 reasons: 1) There are many lovely and genuine people who attend and 2) Anyone who has left because of the systemic problems within the NSCC will be labelled as the problem (by the higher ups) in order to stop their attendees from listening. So keeping my personal details out I will just try to implore anyone who is thinking of attending to go and find another place - one that is accountable to a greater body of leadership. The NSCC is a closed church governed by a family (for the most part) and they do not answer to anyone else.

This church changed my life and inspires me everyday in my work in ministry. I haven’t found another place like it on 4 continents. Jesus is here.
