Very impressive local company that really strives to deliver on both product and customer service.I've started a hunt for a fireplace seller/installer about four months ago to replace an aging wood-burning unit during a reno. I was never upsold, remarketed to, or otherwise bothered during my search - they answered my questions promptly and left me alone while I was doing my research, which is very refreshing in this day and age.Once I chose a unit (I ended up choosing a gas-burning fireplace), they removed my old insert AHEAD of time, waited for me to rebuild my wall to new specs, and installed the new unit, again, AHEAD of time, while working ahead of my travel plans and other contractor dependencies.Every person I dealt with was amazing - Cheryl was totally stellar for sales & support, Robbie & crew did an amazing job on both removal and installation while protecting my floors and keeping things clean and tidy, and Llew installed the new gas line exactly as requested despite some tight bends and having to crawl around.I hardly ever leave a true 5/5 review, but if I could, I'd give them a 6/5 on this job. Way to go team!
