I would like to share the VERY NEGATIVE experience that I had with this company. I work in the design industry and have specified their product for two projects. After the first project my sales rep offered an incentive for referrals. After the second project, they have continued to ignore my follow ups and are refusing to honour their word. I have been passed from one sales rep to another and have spoken with the owner, Kevin. Kevin apologized for the misunderstanding" and promised a cheque was in the mail. This was weeks ago. I don't understand how and why a company would choose to do business this way. It is extremely unprofessional. I will not be using this company again and urge my fellow designers and homeowners to avoid them. They are a dishonest and poorly run company."

I can't describe how well Coastline did with my clients. First of all, we had another company install a gas fireplace for our clients. After several attempts to get the company to rectify the situation, we ended up having the fireplace removed as it was not working properly. That is when we brought Coastline in to finish the job( the customers were angry and were almost ready to give up on fireplaces at this point) Not only did our sales girls spend hours picking and choosing out the product with our customer, but they worked with the budget that our clients had set out. We can't thank you enough for taking a situation that was bad and turning it into a happy situation for all. We will be recommending your services to all of out clients!!

We had Coastline install a Luxor Riviera 42 in December 2011. It did not work properly right from the start. It took many calls to get someone to come back to fix the issues - they came 3 times but the features like lights & blower never worked after they gave us a different remote. We put up with it into Spring 2012 then turned it off until winter 2012. In December 2012, the fireplace stopped working with the remote again so we called and have not heard back at all - not even an acknowledgement of our call. We are able to get the flames going by removing the front panel and turning it on manually. The problem is turning it off manually when it is hot - I have small hands but still manage to burn the top of my hand most times. I am replacing 2 more gas fireplaces in my home as well as 1 electric in a suite but will never use Coastline again, nor will I buy a Luxor product!!!
