Horrible customer service and no accountability when multiple delays were questioned. Work was rushed and not completed properly.Will not use this business again.

This place is a hidden gem. Mohammad is incredibly skilled, so sweet and friendly to deal with, and seriously underpriced. For the craftspersonship, he could be charging more. But he obviously also loves the work, and loves to provide his customers with top notch work and incredible prices. I wish I had more furniture to reupholster! I am a second generation customer and have continued to spread the word about Akram Upholstery.

The owner was great, friendly and even cracked a few jokes. Love that they are mindful of how their business is environmentally friendly.I'm happy with the job but would just recommend bringing in a fabric sample when asking for a quote especially if it's your first time getting something refinished.
