Listerine mouthwash price was mismatched . And the manager ramneek was so rude. She declined our request to check the prices again . Very bad experience .

I am writing today about my horrible experience with this Walmart Pickup Section customer service. I do delivery for a living. I have some returned items and when I came the person who brought out the order to me earlier this morning was here on spot so I spoke to him about why I was back..which were reasons beyond my control..and I just needed him to collect the items and sign for the return since he was already here with a trolley but to my surprise he refused and told me that I have to wait then he left. So I waited a while thinking he would have returned to me to complete the returned order but he didn’t even after me waiting for roughly fifteen minutes. So I called in and the person who answered my call also told me that I have to wait since there are many more customers ahead of me. I said to the young lady that I do delivery for a living and when I came the person who handed me the items was here with a trolley and all he had to do was to collect the items, signed for them so I could go as to continue working but she too was adamant that I had to wait until someone can assist me. It’s been almost two hours now and am here still waiting for assistance! The fellow I spoke to I saw him came back out but then he just went back in and didn’t even make an attempt to come and close off the return. I have done this before and had never ever waited this long. I am so disappointed that I don’t see myself even shopping here again. This is so unprofessional and these workers need to be trained because they are badly lacking customer service!

When I was looking at the facial cleansers/facial creams a young lady (Sikh I believe - just a reference point of the encounter) was following me throughout the area. She wasn't doing this to anyone else. I took some time to look at the items because I was unsure of what I want. I then saw her put barricades up around the cosmetics area. I tried to ignore it but I eventually asked her if this is some type of policy. She said it was new and that it started today (January 16th 2023). I asked her around 11:40 a.m. Coincidentally, she only put it up after she saw me searching for what I wanted. I shop here regularly and I will check to see if this new policy" is continued in the days/weeks to come."

The worst Returns" service. The staff and manager does not know the returns procedure on Instacart ordered items. They simply say it cannot be done. They have not heard about Instacart. Some other staff came and explained the process to the manager and the manager was giving attitude. She needs to get training and her staff needs to get trained. Extremely rude

I visited this Walmart on July 9, 2022 to do some shopping.Parts of this store are well organized but much needs to be looked at in the clothing department. I realize that customers are often not always putting back clothing they pick up and decide not to purchase. Often, many customers can be downright rude.Even with that being said, there's a reason why people have jobs. I witnessed quite a few times during my visit employees who just walked past the mess and ignored it. If you work in another department, you can at least page someone. Or here's a thought: you are an employee of this store and even though you may feel you only represent your department, you represent the store to the public.And just in case those reading this review thinks that perhaps those passing employees were busy, have you checked out the employees in various parts of the store just chatting it up? Hmmm...

Worst grocery pickup experiences of any location I’ve ever been to. Checking in via the app prior to arrival does absolutely nothing; it’s not unusual to wait over 20 minutes for an employee to come out with your order, even first thing in the morning with nobody else waiting. And the entire pickup area has looked rundown for years, almost like they’re forced to provide it.

I would normally go to this location weekly however after my last experience on October, 31st 2022 and the weeks thereafter I stopped going all together.I received a bike as a birthday gift and after building it, realized there were some missing pieces. I contacted Head office customer care and they let me know without the receipt that I could bring it back in for a straight exchange or store credit. I was fine with either but once I brought it into the store, they told me there’s nothing they could do for me.I left the bike at the location while I tried to contact Head office and the various managers at the location for months. Finally in December after months, I was informed the bike is no longer there and there’s nothing they can do about it.I tried for months to speak with the District Manager with no luck and would just have my information taken down by various managers. Be very careful of purchasing anything from this location.

This location used to be great but now whenever I visit it is so dirty. Staff is good but doesn’t have Walmart standard cleanliness. They should keep their stock maintained sometimes I can’t find half of the things on my list as shelves are empty or may be many people visit this store so by the time I reach stock is already gone

Website won't tell me if a product is available at any of the stores, even though I know I have bought it recently at another location (they are sold out). I have spent the last hour trying to get through to someone at this location to find out if they have a product. Pharmacy can't transfer me to a manager and no one is picking up at customer service. I understand that they may be busy but where is the manager to help with their staff? When I worked retail, the manager picked up the slack if staff were busy and was available by phone if a customer needed to contact them.

Very poor customer service.Employees need proper training in customer service.Not enough cashiers.Should hire atleast 3 cashiers during the times with low amount of customers. During the busy shifts there should be atleast 7 cashiers. Hopefully this Walmart location will improve.
