Jay was very flexible booking an appt and arrived on time. He removed my old dishwasher and installed a new one and did an amazing job! He was quick and left the area he was working in immaculate condition! I have already booked Jay to do other jobs around the house!

Telus was coming in two days to hook me up and Jay came over on short notice after my work day. He hung my TV, put up shelves and hung a big heavy mirror for me. He was on time, worked quickly and professionally and got it all done. I’m thrilled to have it done right.

We had jay finish our basement! He was very accommodating and did a fantastic job!! We for sure recommend him! Did fabulous work! He is easy to talk with in making your visions become a reality and makes sure you are completely satisfied, he even check in on us and helped me figure out my studs to hang my tv mount!! overall a great customer service!!We will continue to use him for future projects!!! Jay at CHMS responded to my initial request to inspect a small job. When I met with him I discovered he was capable of completing my whole list of things that needed fixing: chimney, flashing, flooring, fix tile, fix lights, electric heater, and repair window lock. I am honestly grateful for his expertise and attention to detail. During the job he didn't like the trim that he had so he went to get something different. He really goes the extra mile to make things the way the customer wants them and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend Jay!

Unreliable, unprofessional and unfinished. Built my dream home only to hire Canadian Home Maintenance Services Ltd and his partner Mrs Seel, wrecked my entrance and master bath. Professionals are telling me to fix it needs to be completely re-done.Save your self the heartbreak and hire someone else.

Jay did some interior work for me and I was very, very impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and transparency. The work was done efficiently and correctly. In an age where many contractors don’t even bother showing up for bookings or have shoddy work ethics, Jay is a welcome reassurance to the homeowner. Enthusiastically recommend him!!!
