Touge Tuning

The guys here know what they're doing. Office space is great and inviting. I drove to pickup my mudflaps instead of ordering it online from the states. Saved myself a lot of money and time!

Awful experience first time trying to buy something from Touge Tuning, they charged my credit card and told me the part is on back order with no ETA. I ordered 2 parts and only 1 was on backorder but they held the other part as well. I was able to secure the car part from another vendor within 2 days (Thanks to subiesupplyco.ca). I asked for an update and nothing. No response for a month now. They could have easily just shipped me the part they did have in stock and i would have been fine waiting for the other. Now I have to deal with my credit card to dispute the charges from Touge Tuning.If you need to order parts, go to another vendor - these guys have lost it, just look at the negative reviews in the past few months.

ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! Refunds are not offered and you may have to wait over 3 months to get something as simple as supercharger oil or filter. Don't waste your time with Touge tuning.

Fantastic shop! Place is clean and organized and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable which is important! I purchased my radium dual catch can here and everything went smoothly. My tuner Sasha recommended I come here. I will definetly be shopping here again if I need any parts in the future!

I called and the parts advisor told me to email the service which I did and never received a call back. I called and left 2 voicemails that said they would respond timely matter I never received a call back.

Hit or miss experiences with Touge tuning over the years. Most recent visit late last year for some engine work was done well but there were two main issues: 1) the ac belt was not correctly re-installed and was left incorrectly mounted on the ac pulley 2) brand new splash shield hardware was replaced with incorrect old/rusted hardware and rentietention clips were just missing. It has been impossible to book a follow-up service to get some performance parts installed ( 3 emails were sent, and multiple calls were made and their vm is full). Cannot say my business feels appreciated, there seems to be no good will for return customers. They have not been easy to contact or communicate with. Missing hardware or un-checked work isn't what I would expect from a professional shop.

Avoid Touge Tuning at all costs! My experience with them was absolutely awful. I brought my car in for tuning and was promised that the work would be completed soon. However, I was kept waiting for a full two months without any updates on the progress of the work unless I specifically asked for them. When I finally couldn't wait any longer and decided to get my car back, they suddenly told me there was a mechanical problem" with it.To make matters worse

Caution: You will be charged for parts that they do not have in stock.They will then take 10 days to contact you and only offer store credit.Just order from somewhere else.

UPDATE: they ended up sending the item anyway, despite me trying to cancel many times. I had to do a credit card chargeback.I made an order online with them. Was charged for it immediately, then told 3 days later that the product is not in stock and on backorder. I emailed two weeks later asking for an update or ETA and received no reply. Emailed again another 2 weeks later asking to cancel the order and refund me. Still nothing. Tried calling, no answer. Voicemail inbox is also full. So it's been one month, I have yet to actually talk with anyone there because they won't answer calls or reply to emails, I am empty handed, and they have my money. I will be filing a credit card chargeback as all other attempts to resolve have been unsuccessful.It's understandable for things to be backordered, but it's poor business practice to charge customers before an order is shipped. Even worse to be unresponsive when people ask to be refunded for said charges.In the end, I ordered the same product from Subie Supply Co. They had it in stock (they listed how many they had in stock on their website) and shipped the next day.
