I was under the impression that I had purchased a new vehicle. Purchase agreement was signed, trade in was completed and they took my ownership, deposit was made and I was suppose to take possession of my new vehicle in 2 days. I set up the insurance and all. The day after I was to take possession I receive an email informing me that 2 people had purchased the exact same vehicle and that I would no longer be able to purchase this vehicle. The dealership has done absolutely nothing to rectify this situation nor have they even offered another vehicle in replacement for their error.Rochelle

Absolutely the best! It was my first time buying a brand new car and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Matt and Joe went out of their way to make everything to my preference and they were patient with me and amazing with my 6 year old. Matt thoroughly went through all the features with me, made sure I had the app and could connect everything and Joe made sure all the paperwork was done ASAP. Definitely felt at ease and they have a super friendly atmosphere, would recommend this team to anyone buying

This review is not about the sale people or about the service advisor.The service people who are certified to provide a service fail miserably and their manager as well.How come after paying $140 you get a report like in the photo.I need to understand because someone did not do their job.How could I know that my brakes need service or my filter needs service when in the document there os just a line in the green and in my invoice they tell me to replace them.Are my tires good? Were they filled with air?Can I trust your mechanic?I trust Garry but your mechanic destroys what Garry does.If I receive a Huyndai survey it won't be a satisfied response for service!

Very pleasant to deal with Matt and Ash - they were patient, explained all possible options very well indeed. Matt explained all of the vehicle features and showed me the car's features in detail. Ash reviewed all of the financial options in detail and we went with lease to own. In addition, when Allstate was slow to confirm my new insurance policy, Ash contacted an Allstate acquaintance and I got a call virtually within an hour.I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Let's start with, I love my hot-hatch car! After an initial test-drive in a new vehicle I was offered an alternative used car that met my needs and is a blast to drive with low k's; very happy with sales for this recommendation. The star comes off from the process of financing. I was offered initial finance terms with a focus on the biweekly amount, term, and the preferred rate without being shown the grand total which behind the scenes assumed ALL warranty add-ons without being informed in advance that it did. It is important to know where these numbers come from and ask about them. Then go over the numbers line by line with the finance advisor, do not focus on just the monthly or bi-weekly amounts. Understand how the finance payment plan is calculated and what the grand total amount for the loan is. I would have liked to have seen more transparency with the presentation of finance offers from go and not having to back pedal in a panic a day later when I started plugging numbers into Excel and blowing my budget. Its easy to get swept up in the excitement and sign on the dotted line, just don't get railroaded into a deal that won't work for you. All that being said I ended up negotiating with finance and got to a deal that worked for me. I just needed to see that my calculations matched their calculations and it would be in budget. Have had the car for a couple weeks and it rocks. See you for the next one Hyundai.
